Our association consists of 6 subdivisions in the Riveredge development: Plantation Oaks of Riveredge, the Grove of Riveredge, the Villages of Riveredge, the Gardens of Riveredge, the Bluffs of Riveredge, and the Meadows of Riveredge. For more than 30 years, Riveredge has been neighborhood unlike any other in the Midsouth. Built with a strong sense of community, the six distinct subdivisions come together to form one Homeowners’ Association. Each section offers diversity in features, in style and in comforts. This makes Riveredge a unique community.
Located in South Cordova Tennessee, we were de-annexed from the City of Memphis in 2021. Our neighborhood is in a great location. It is only minutes from family activities at Shelby Farms and the Agricenter International that host the farmers’ market, horse shows, holiday shows, home shows and much more.
Our desire is to provide a sense of community, friendliness, and pride among our residents.
In November of 2023 homeowners of the Plantation Oaks, the Grove, the Gardens, the Bluffs and the Meadows passed an amendment that prohibits short term rentals, time share or any other program that is commonly known as ‘vacation rental by owner’, Airbnb, and the like. This amendment also prohibits any future owners from leasing or entering into a lease-purchase program. For more information, visit the subdivision's webpage located on this website.
The board of directors is actively involved in maintaining oversight of the neighborhoods to ensure changes/improvements of the property are within the guidelines of the Restrictive Covenants for that subdivision and to ensure the aesthetics, safety and integrity are maintained. There is only one charter incorporating the Association and one set of By-Laws, however each subdivision has its own set of Restrictive Covenants which sets forth the rules and expectations of the subdivision.
